What we do

It’s all about children and families. The work of Niagara Children's Planning Council is based on:

  • What parents and community partners told us were the most pressing issues faced by families in Niagara
  • The direction of the province to implement programs and initiatives
  • An overall goal working towards an integrated system of services for children and families. Leveraging the work of the committees, community consultations, projects and evidence-informed planning based on both assets and gaps, Niagara Children's Planning Council is committed to its vision “a community that ensures every child will reach optimal potential through cooperative investment in the Early Years.”
